Webvalix Mail Platform Guide (mail.webvalix.com)

The Mail Platform is one of the most important tools of Webvalix. It allows users to connect directly with Webvalix without needing Gmail, Outlook, or any external mail system. Everything is handled inside mail.webvalix.com in a professional and secure way.

How It Works

1. Visit the Platform
   Go to mail.webvalix.com. On the first view, you will see the Enter Mail Panel feature box.

2. Enter Mail Panel
   Click the feature box, and you will be redirected to:
   👉 mail.webvalix.com/panel

3. Name Input (Key Step)

   • The system asks for your Name.

   • This name works as both Sign Up and Sign In.

   • Example: If you enter John18 and press Next, the system automatically creates a dedicated interface for you.

4. Purpose Selection
   After entering your name, you must choose the Purpose (why you want to contact Webvalix).

   • Select the correct purpose from the dropdown.

   • Once selected, you are inside your personal Mail Interface.

5. Sending Mail & File Sharing

   • From the interface, you can write professional mails to Webvalix.

   • File sharing is supported (attach files when needed).

   • Press Send, and Webvalix receives your message instantly.

6. Sign Out

   • You can sign out anytime from your panel.

7. Sign In Again (Returning Users)

   • When you want to return, just enter the exact same name you used the first time.

   • Important: Case sensitivity matters.

     • If your name was John18, you must type John18 again (not john18 or JOHN18).

   • The system checks if that name already exists.

   • If yes, you will re-enter your previous communication panel where:

     • All your old mails are saved.

     • You can continue from where you left off.

Key Notes

• No external email required → Only your chosen name is needed.

• Name = Your Identity → Works as both Sign Up and Sign In.

• Case Sensitive → Always enter your name exactly the same (e.g., John18).

• Purpose Selection is Mandatory → Without selecting purpose, you cannot proceed.

• Full Mail History Saved → You can always see your past mails inside the same panel.
